Um i downloaded ibzedit and put bases, links, boxes, pyramids, and teleporters. How do u put flags? I dont know how to make a config file.

ok to put flags and to test it you should use ibzserver. http://macmapping.synthasite.com/ibzserver.php
Add this:
just sub the (Flag Initial # of flags, ex: SW 10) with the flag initial and quantity and test it and you should be good.
Add this:

pos 0 0 0
size 10 10 10
zoneflag (Flag Initial # of flags, ex: SW 10)
zoneflag (Flag Initial # of flags, ex: R 10)
end
